21st Century Equipment is pleased to announce the following students have been accepted into the 21st Century Equipment-sponsored John Deere Ag Tech program for 2022. These high school graduates will attend Southeast Community College in Milford enrolled in the John Deere Ag Tech program. 21st Century Equipment awards these students with a brand new Snap-On toolbox and tuition assistance while attending the program.

My name is Dillon Metz and I’m from Bridgeport, NE. Some of my interests would consist of hunting, fishing, and hanging out with friends. I enjoy working on the electrical side of things and I chose the program because I plan to become a John Deere electrical engineer.

I have always worked on my farm or a neighbor’s farm. I am a volunteer firefighter for Flagler and Vona, Colorado. I am married to my wife Courtney, and together we have a son named Colton.

I’m interested in becoming a John Deere Tech. I became interested in this industry through my love of mechanics and growing up in a ranching community. Outside of working I raise rabbits for meat.

Hi, I am Westen Filter. I grew up on a small farm in Weldona, Colorado, and graduated from Weldon Valley High school. My interests include hunting and hangout with friends. I chose this program to learn the skills and get a head start in my career of becoming a diesel technician.
