When you need some help setting up your equipment, who you gonna call? CTAC!

It’s been a year since you set up your planter or had to set your A-B guidance lines. So now you’re ready to hit the field, but you realize you need a refresh on how to do what needs to be done.

That’s when you call the 21st Century Equipment Customer Technical Assistance Center (CTAC) at 844.421.CTAC (2822). CTAC staff is available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We also offer extended hours during key times of the year such as planting and harvest.

In many cases, the CTAC staff can resolve a general equipment set-up or technical issue more quickly than your local dealership because we are literally waiting by the phone to help you. We have the knowledge and resources to troubleshoot common problems. Over time, we’ve compiled a comprehensive list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) in our database, so we can quickly call up these FAQs and get you the answers you need right now.

When you call CTAC, you may not always be speaking to someone at your local dealership, but you will be talking with a 21st Century Equipment employee who knows farming in our region—and knows how to handle most questions related to John Deere equipment.
Our CTAC team can help you with a number of topics including:

• General John Deere vehicle/implement settings
• MyJohnDeere.com account support
• Basic John Deere guidance support
• Assistance with JD link vehicle diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
• Basic AMS/ISG product support
• Greenstar activations and renewals
• John Deere planter support, including set-up
• And more!

In most cases, we can resolve your issue over the phone—or even by remotely connecting to your equipment. If we can’t get the solution you need, we’re connected to all seventeen 21st Century Equipment locations and the entire ISG team to make sure you’re taken care of as quickly as possible.

CTAC is one more way that 21st Century Equipment is there with you in the trenches—and one more way we’re Making Farming Easier.
